Booking Policy
All reservations are subject to date availability and confirmation by Calle Marina Private Resort. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically reserve the date until the resort team confirms it.
Down Payment Policy
A down payment may be required to secure your chosen date. The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment instructions are completed and acknowledged by the admin.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be coordinated with the resort team. Any refund or forfeiture of down payment depends on the agreed booking terms.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed only when the requested new date is available. Please contact the resort as early as possible for changes.
House Rules
Guests must keep the area clean, respect the property, follow the confirmed guest capacity, and avoid activities that may disturb nearby residents or other guests.
Safety Guidelines
Children must be supervised at all times. Guests must follow pool safety reminders, avoid running near wet areas, and immediately report hazards to resort staff.
